FAQ Friday: Disabling The Reset Associate Password Button in the Cash Register

Question: How can I disable “Reset Assc Password” button in the Cash Register?

Answer: Here is how you can disable that feature:

Begin by logging into TAM Office, going to Point of Sale, and then Modes.
Double click on “Reset Assc Password”. To disable, uncheck “Allow at Point of Sale”.

If you have registers in use, log off and close the application. Once relaunched, the option should be disabled.
